ABOUT US
QFINA S.A. was created in 2004, in a country with limited pharmochemical industry but with academic activity in the area. This alternative was sought to transfer the developments carried out by R&D groups of the Facultad de Química, Universidad de la República, to the productive sector.
Among its main objectives are research, production and innovation of high added value products, and the creation of quality jobs in order to promote development, both locally and regionally.
We are strongly committed to reduce environmental impacts through the development of efficient processes, seeking and optimizing sustainable alternative routes.
